Information We Collect

Images You Upload

When you use StickerMe, you may upload photos from your device for the purpose of generating stickers. We process these images as follows:

• Images are temporarily stored on our servers solely for the purpose of processing your sticker request
• Images are sent to a third party provider for sticker generation
• Once processing is complete, your original images are immediately deleted from our servers
• We do not retain copies of your uploaded images
• Your images are not used for training AI models or for any purpose other than generating your requested stickers

Analytics Information

We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect usage data about how the App is used. This information helps us improve the App and provide better service. The analytics data we collect:

• Is not linked to personally identifiable information
• Does not use advertising identifiers
• May include information about how you use the App, such as which features you access and how often
• Is processed in accordance with Google’s privacy policy

Local Storage

The stickers you generate and choose to save are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to stickers saved to your device and do not store them on our servers.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Personal information such as your name, email address, or contact details
• Precise location data
• Financial information
• Health information or other sensitive personal data
• Information from your device contacts
• Information from your photo library (we only access photos you explicitly select to upload)

How We Use Information

Sharing of Information

We may share your uploaded images with:

• OpenAI, solely for the purpose of generating stickers based on your request. OpenAI processes your images in accordance with their privacy policy.

We may share usage data with:

• Google Firebase, which provides analytics services for the App. Google processes this information in accordance with their privacy policy.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure the limited information we process from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, including:

• Immediate deletion of uploaded images after processing
• Not storing personal information on our servers
• Using secure transmission protocols

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App or provide any information on or through the App.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

International Users

The App is operated in Australia. If you are accessing the App from outside Australia, please be aware that information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in Australia. By using the App, you consent to the potential transfer of information to Australia.
